The Andre’ Apartments: Inspired Innovation for Inclusive Living

Among Movin’ Out’s newest developments, the André Apartments in Madison, Wisconsin, include affordable and market rate units, ranging from one to three bedrooms, and include supportive units for people with disabilities.

The André is named in honor of community leader, André Brown, who passed away in 2022. André was a key inspiration for the creation of Movin’ Out, and positively impacted the lives of many thousands of people served by the organization.

On the ground floor is the Red Caboose Child Care Center’s new 21,000 square foot space. André Brown was a student at Red Caboose as a toddler, becoming one of the first children with significant disabilities to enroll and successfully participate in the program.
